Avengers 2: Age of Ultron

This is the 2014 Comic Con poster for Avengers 2 : Age of Ultron. The poster shows a bunch of things happening at the same time. The superheros, throughout the poster are fighting the army of Ultron (the machine looking things). It is intended for people to get hyped up for the movie that is supposed to be released next year in April. This poster is bigger then most, because it takes up a landscape poster. Most posters are vertical.

There is not really one place where you could focus on, because the whole poster grabs your attention. There is too much happening in the poster. It could be possibly movie promotors are trying to promote that too much will happen in this film that would make it a great film. The designer should split the landscape poster into individual posters where it can focus on one or two superheros.

Summer Session

This is a flyer for Summer Session at California State University, Los Angeles through the College of Professional and Global Education. This is trying to get people thinking about taking summer school through the College of Professional and Global Education. It shows giant sun glasses that take most of the page. Inside the lenses it looks like if the sunglasses are staring at a island and there is a palm tree. There is a sun in the horizon and also shows there is a sea inside the glasses. Around it are two different kind of yellow hues that give off a carnival type of feeling. Also the text is a script and the red makes it look good on top of the yellow hue. Using this type of flyer during the winter would not be able to communicate the message.

The idea would be great idea because most people think of the beach when it comes to the summer, however this is a flyer for summer school. So putting a beach type feeling through the sunglasses does not give that vibe. It gives the opposite, the person who did this flyer should take that into account next time they re think of posting the flyer up online.

xbox one

This is the Xbox one, its the newest Xbox released by Microsoft late last year. It was the highly anticipated game system after the Xbox 360 system. The Xbox One is more of a block. A Blu-ray player has been added to the Xbox. It can fit well with flat screens. The Xbox one has half a terabyte, with 500GB of internal drive. Better high resolution graphics, better display. The Xbox has better Wi-Fi. It has a HDMI output, it can be connected to a TV or a projector. There's also a HDMI input, to plug in your cable provider. So in the screen you can be playing your video game while you have the TV on. You can Skype on TV using the Kinect system.

California Rivalry

There are a couple of famous rivalries in the state of California that range in all sports, but UCLA vs USC is one of the biggest ones that come into mind. Every year when these two teams play most of southern California is watching the game, you grow up cheering one team or the other. The design of the t-shirt is brought to you by The Forest Lab. The design is pretty basic but it outlays the California flag, and it shows the California bear standing up on two roaring at a fighting trojan. The trojan is in the color of red to promote USC colors. The bear is the bruin of UCLA. This is a great t shirt to add to your closet if you cheer on one of the the two teams.

Knowing

This is a movie poster for the film of Knowing with Nicolas Cage. The poster is to inform people about that the the film comes out in summer of 2009. The design is dull, the whole poster is in black and the only thing that has has color is the planet Earth. The planet Earth seems to look as if it were burning up, but the things that are falling off the planet are numbers. The poster can be effective because it does not give anything away about the movie. Which can bring people in to go watch the movie or push people away from the movie.
The idea is to put all the attention on planet Earth and how it seems that it's burning up. Under the title of the film there is a sentence that says "What happens when the numbers run out". That can serve up as a cliff hanger as well. Do not watch the movie, it sucks.

Apple watches

These are the future in technology, they are Apple watches. They only have two different sizes 38 mm vs 42 mm in height as well. There are three different watch designs that are Apple watch, Apple watch sport, and Apple watch edition. Apple watch has a range of stylish bands. Apple watch sport have colorful durable bands. Apple watch edition stylish crafted bands. The watches are water resistant not water proof, so if a couple of were dropped on the watch or if your wrist is sweaty then it can still work. However if the watch is placed inside a pool, it probably won't work.
The idea of having watches that have all the apps that a phone can have can be both positive and negative. The watches can be positive for people who have an Iphone as well. So people can just pick one up and leave the other incase the other battery dies. Negative not lots of people will have an Iphone or the watch so you will have people coming up to you asking to see it and touching it to see if it actually works. The Apple watch is supposed to be released in early 2015.

Blue Eyes White Dragon

This is the Blue Eyes White Dragon card from Yu-Gi-Oh card game. The heigh of the card is 3.37 inches x width is 2.38 inches. It appears shiny because the card it self is a holographic card. When the cards are holographic it means a couple of things, it is the main card found in starter packs, the card is rare or just really good. The letters as well are holographic. Since the Blue Eyes White Dragon is starter pack holographic card the color of the card is a medium yellow hue. It has the illustration of the dragon put in a little box and there is a description of what the dragon does, or the meaning behind the card. It has the attack and defense and well. The idea of Yu-Gi-Oh are excellent, however the illustration box of the dragon should be bigger so people can value the art of the illustration.
